
We continually work to improve our hotel, so I really appreciate you providing us with your feedback. It causes confusion when person checked in mentions different issue and partner booking the room mentions different issue for leaving the property, we tried reaching your partner numerous time same night as it was clearly mentioned to him when he did the reservation about the policies that he has to be present during the check in time as reservation was under his name but he requested to issue the key to you which was granted by Front desk agent after that same front desk agent tried reaching out to you your partner to finish the process none of the calls were answered, follow up call was made on the third day morning which was check out day by your partner asking for refund which was clearly not very friendly from the time front desk answered the call, after reviewing the footage we processed the refund same day also I discussed your comments with the team, and we are working to find better methods to resolve any guest concerns. I was disheartened to read that you experienced poor customer service from one of our team members. Hi! The feedback provided in your review is much appreciated. No part of our entire experience was pleasant.… Overall terrible experience, do NOT stay here.

He also accused us of calling 10 times and threatening HIS employee, which did not happen. Now manager has emailed us saying that I never gave back the key when if they would simply check the cameras they would see that I did, and did not even apologize for his employee threatening us. Partner yelled back and hung up, to which the man immediately called back and said "if you ever call here again I will find where you live and beat your ass". When partner called back the next day, the lady was perfectly nice, but a man got on the phone and started cursing at my partner about how we "f*cked it up" by not giving back the key (we did). Was told they would check cameras and get back to us. They called my partner at midnight and again at 2am and when he called back in the morning we were told they didn't receive the key back and would be charged for the room. Decided to leave within 15 min to get refund, gave key back to the front desk and told them we would be leaving. Got there and the place was smelly, cigarette burns on bedding, unclean bathroom, looked like someone tried to punch through bathroom door, felt unsafe. Partner booked the room but I got there first.
